Encouragement for the day

To those who are having a hard time today and feeling a little down I want to give you hope using scripture from my book, a scripture that helped me get through the hard times I was going through in my life. For every chapter of my book I have a scripture that helped me get through each phase of my life, This is the first scripture of my book. Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted in Me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him for the help of His countenance. When I read this scripture it means to me not be worried or anxious about anything. Just go to Him in prayer.You shall never tire of praising His name for the help He will give you.
