Good morning everyone a am learning all the time to praise the Lord no matter what happens today. I have learned that a long time ago when I was going through really tough times like that accident my children and I were in that nearly killed us.

In Chapter 17 of my book I talk about healing after such a traumatic experience. I learned how to praise the Lord even while going through such times. While we were in the hospital I kept telling everyone, Praise the Lord, Praise the Lord. To the average person it did not look like there was anything to Praise the Lord for with my 10 year old all strung up with weights because of a broken femur and my 2 year old lying there with crossed eyes not knowing if he was going to live or not. I knew that God was in charge and if I did not give Him all that was happening it would of been so much harder to deal with.

God gave me the peace I needed, which strengthened me to be able to handle this situation calmly. It helped my body to heal quicker. If I was stressful and full of tension over all that was happening I know that I would not have been good for anyone, especially my children that needed me at that time.

If you are going through anything today that makes you feel like you can't handle things bring it to the true healing source. He will be there for you bringing you through it all unscathed. My 2 year old did recover nicely, with no signs of the crossed eyes after a month and my 10 year old had to wear a body cast for a few months but he healed and the doctor said he healed faster than anyone he knew in his condition. He also said it was all a miracle to him. I was giving all the glory to God.

Always remember through all situations, good or bad to Praise The Lord, He will get you through. Our scripture today is found in Psalm 148:1. It says" Praise the Lord."

Sometimes in certain situations you may find it difficult to praise God, but in the process of praising Him, your courage and faith will increase. Even your health will be promoted. May you all have a blessed day today and remember to praise the Lord!
